We are looking for an Senior Arboriculture Consultant to join our Environment and Planning (E&P) team in our Leatherhead office. This role offers the chance to be involved in a wide range utility and infrastructure projects across the UK, working across our multidisciplinary team, which is involved in some of the most significant infrastructure projects throughout the UK with a range of clients. As an Arboriculture/ Senior Arboriculture Consultant, you will: Advise on all scopes of arboriculture and restoration including CAVAT Assessments continuation of BS5837 tree surveys Produce Baseline Reports, Arboricultural Impact Assessments (AIA) and Arboricultural Method Statements (AMS), along with Tree Constraints Plans and Tree Protection Plans Lead on consultation with local authority tree officers and other stakeholders to support the project teams on arboricultural matters Collaborate with ecologists and landscape architects, and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated solutions. Support project delivery and contribute to improving team productivity. Engage with clients to provide clear, value-driven arboricultural advice. The successful candidate will possess: Arboriculture qualification to a minimum of Level 3 Surveying and report writing skills A Full driving licence A willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK Ability to use CAD software and experience in creating Tree Constraints Plans, Tree Protection Plans and Arboriculture Impact Assessments would be desirable but not essential Familiarity with BS5837 surveys and tree protection plans. GIS skills beneficial but not essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
