Job title: TS UK Program Manager Location: London virtual Grade: 13 Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee all UK accounts for Technology Services (TS) projects across retail and restaurant clients. This strategic role involves managing program-level initiatives, assisting the Regional Executive Director, and driving financial performance through effective P&L management. The Senior Program Manager will also play a key role in developing bid proposals for sales, ensuring cost and revenue optimization, and delivering on critical business objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for all TS projects across UK retail and restaurant accounts. Partner with the Regional Executive Director to execute strategic initiatives and deliverables. Manage overall program financials, including P&L accountability, cost control, and revenue optimization. Lead the development of bid proposals for sales opportunities and support business growth strategies. Ensure successful engagement, onboarding, and execution of new projects across multiple accounts. Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all program activities. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project and program management within retail and restaurant environments. Proven expertise in managing large-scale programs and financial accountability. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in complex, multi-account environments with a focus on operational efficiency. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel (mandatory). Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (Agile, Matrix environments).
