About the role: TeamMate, a business unit of Wolters Kluwer, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Canary Wharf. This role is responsible for the development, planning, and execution of both in-person and digital marketing campaigns that support our strategic objectives across the EMEA region. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with a strong background in event management and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will work individually or with a team on various marketing activities to continuously improve campaign performance and marketing KPIs across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global, fast-paced environment with occasional international travel. Key responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate and execute webinars and in-person events across the EMEA region, ensuring strong participation, lead generation, and ROI. • Manage all event logistics including venue coordination, supplier liaison, speaker management, and on-site support. • Collaborate with internal teams—including remote colleagues across sales, product, and global marketing—to develop and publish event collateral (e.g., brochures, signage, giveaways). • Tailor messaging and content to suit local markets and partner networks, ensuring relevance and resonance across diverse audiences. • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media content creation, scheduling, and reporting. • Track and report on campaign performance, including lead generation and engagement metrics. • Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing assets such as case studies, product videos, and sales enablement materials. • Maintain accurate records, manage correspondence, and support general marketing operations. Skills: • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital marketing and event management. • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and remote team environments. • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo and Salesforce preferred). • Familiarity with tools like ON24, Monday.com, Cvent, ZoomInfo is a plus • Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and social media platforms. • Basic design and video editing skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Rush, Premiere Pro) are a plus. • Experience in the software or technology sector is advantageous. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • High attention to detail, self-motivated, and customer-focused. • Fluency in English is required; Language skills in another European language (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian) are highly desirable, with the ability to support translation and localization efforts.
