What You'll Do Reporting directly to the Senior Manager – Platform Talent and Sales, you are accountable for leading our team of talented Presenters and the Live Social Shopping execution team across TV, digital and social platforms. In this pivotal role, you'll maximise sales by coaching Presenters and the Content Creation team to deliver compelling product stories, optimise performance on social channels, and ensure our brand shines across every customer touchpoint. Collaborate with QVCUK social team to develop smooth implementation of Live streams that resonate with the social Gen X audience and reflect QVC's brand. Fully understand the operating structure to execute lives on both the Meta & Tiktok platforms and ensure that all TMs are delivering in their respective positions to ensure smooth and consistent execution standards. Be accountable for sourcing and selecting on air talent to take QVC forward as a multi-platform broadcaster & retailer. What You'll Bring You will demonstrate a level of experience and understanding in both Live Social shopping & Television production mediums. Experience and understanding of social media platforms primarily, but not limited to, the Tiktok platform. Experience working with on-air Talent, brands and vendors. Deliver focused, engaging content for across different platforms.
