Your Opportunity, Your Team We are looking for a Planning Manager who will support QVCUK, leading a commercial team, driving sales growth, margin optimisation, and inventory health across all our TV channels and digital platforms. Reporting to the Director of Planning. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London, 2 days a week. What You'll Do You will lead and inspire a team of commercial planners, ensuring clarity of direction and high performance as priorities shift. You'll maximise sales and margins by analysing trends, optimising airtime, and managing promotional levers and pricing tactics. You will oversee inventory management, ensuring budget adherence, healthy stock levels, plus liquidation of distressed inventory. You will collaborate with Buying and other team members to lead omni-channel strategies and support category and brand management. You'll participate in strategic vendor meetings, TSV planning, and key business projects. You will coach, and motivate your team, promoting a culture of open communication, partnership, and continuous development. What You'll Bring You will have proven experience in leading and developing teams, specifically in planning or merchandising within retail. You wiil have strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial metrics, data analysis, and merchandise management systems (EPS / Item Master). You will have resilience, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
