We have a great opportunity for a dedicated internal recruiter to join our growing team in London. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional Recruitment Advisor to work alongside the wider team to recruit Real Estate professionals across varying services and sectors. You will have complete accountability for the whole 360 recruitment process within your business areas: attracting and sourcing candidates, delivering timely and effective hires, and educating our managers on best practice recruitment campaigns and selection processes. You will also be involved in recruitment projects and research activities, including talent mapping and pipeline strategies for future roles. The position offers the opportunity to work across various service lines, liaising with some of the most senior and successful people in the industry. We require someone with a strong ability to coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines and focus on service delivery. The successful candidate must also have excellent relationship management skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver end to end recruitment, including sourcing, attracting, and delivering quality selection outcomes • Work as part of a team to develop an appropriate recruitment strategy and optimum recruitment processes • Promote the Cushman & Wakefield brand to the market as an employer of choice and engage passive talent • Design recruitment advertising campaigns – write full job adverts to entice internal and external applicants to apply for roles • Manage candidates through the recruitment life cycle, becoming a trusted advisor • Support the Candidate Services Team with new hires Knowledge & Experience: • Strong talent mapping and sourcing skills across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards and other social media platforms • Knowledge of recruitment systems and the ability to analyse data • Proven experience of proactively managing a recruitment process from start to finish • Excellent knowledge of the recruitment market • Strong understanding of the recruitment cycle and best practice recruitment methodologies • Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally • Demonstrable understanding of market and local knowledge Skills & Personal Qualities: • Candidate focused with ability to build lasting professional relationships • Proven research skills with ability to extract and identify key trends in the marketplace • Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks • Personable and able to engage stakeholders at all levels, including internal stakeholders and agency suppliers • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team • Flexible in approach and willing to step in and support colleagues as required • IT skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • A proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield” About Cushman & Wakefield Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) is a global leader in real estate services, leveraging our specialized expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional value to owners and occupiers.
