Job Title Surveyor - Property Management Job Description Summary Job Description We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our Asset Services team. This role offers the opportunity to take on Surveyor-level responsibilities and is ideal for someone looking to progress, or for an experienced professional who is already operating at that level. Managing a mixed portfolio of multi-let offices, industrial and retail, you will contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team within Cushman & Wakefield's Asset Services division. Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office. Key Responsibilities Client Management Manage one or more regional accounts, ensuring consistent, timely, and accurate delivery aligned with client and company objectives Understand clients’ business and asset strategies to enhance performance and long-term value Align with client vision and values, acting as a trusted advisor Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver integrated services Foster a collaborative approach to ensure service excellence Operations Ensure compliance with internal procedures and professional standards (health & safety, environmental, risk, etc.) Act as the primary interface between tenants and clients, handling queries promptly and effectively Ensure financial and property data is accurate and supports informed decision-making Maintain property databases, proactively manage lease events, and support strategic implementation Prepare client reports and performance data in line with agreed formats and timelines Liaise with agents and legal advisors as instructed by client mandates Support rent and service charge collection, working with credit control to reduce arrears Manage utility contracts, recharges, and reconciliations with the Utility Bureau Oversee the full service charge process, including budgets and year-end reconciliations, in line with RICS guidelines Qualifications Degree-level qualification or equivalent MRICS (or working towards) is desirable but not essential for the right candidate Skills and Experience Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate sector Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with property management systems (e.g. Yardi, TBS Tramps) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A strong team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield” About Cushman & Wakefield Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) is a global leader in real estate services, leveraging our specialized expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional value to owners and occupiers.
