Job Description: Job Title Structured Finance Specialist – Natural Resource Finance Location London Corporate Title Vice President Natural Resource Finance Structured (NRF Structured), a specialist team within the Corporate Bank, is a leading arranger of structured debt facilities across energy and natural resources. Typical financing structures include Reserve Based Lending, Pre-Export Finance/ Prepayment, Borrowing Based Finance and Project Finance. NRF Structured is supported by dedicated infrastructure teams including agency, deal management, and governance functions. You will support the growth of the team’s portfolio in EMEA and co-operate in cross-regional transactions with other NRF and/or Trade Finance and Lending teams.
