About the opportunity The Senior Director of Curriculum Innovation & Architecture is a strategic leader responsible for the design, development, and innovation of the revenue enablement portfolio across key domains. This role serves as the creative engine of the Revenue Acceleration & Performance team, translating business needs into impactful learning solutions. The leader will oversee a team of domain architects and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure programs are aligned with global strategy and are predictable, scalable, and measurable. What you'll get to do Lead the design and development of enablement portfolios across product, leadership, onboarding, and process/skills domains. Translate business requirements into innovative, scalable learning solutions using modern tools and technologies. Manage a portfolio of programs and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and capacity. Collaborate with Strategy & Governance, Revenue Activation, and Revenue Performance Partners to ensure cohesive execution. Maintain quality control and continuous improvement of curriculum through feedback loops and performance data. Embrace and implement AI and technology to augment learning experiences and capabilities. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Ability to collaborate across teams and functions to deliver integrated solutions. Agile Responsiveness: Adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities. Define, Design & Deploy: Own the full lifecycle of curriculum development from ideation to implementation. Data Fluency: Use data to inform design decisions and measure impact. Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and domain experts. What you'll get to do Proven experience in curriculum design, instructional architecture, and enablement leadership. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is essential. Experience with enablement technologies and AI-driven learning platforms. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team of domain architects and program managers.
