The Role We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our talented team at Agua Spa. You’ll deliver exceptional, bespoke treatments that embody our ethos of care, calm, and connection. Bringing expert technique, genuine warmth, and a professional presence, you’ll ensure every guest feels truly seen, supported, and revitalised. As a Spa Therapist, you’ll represent both Agua Spa and Sea Containers London, creating experiences that leave lasting impressions of relaxation, balance, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Deliver a variety of luxury spa treatments — including massages, facials, and body therapies — to the highest professional standard. Provide a warm, welcoming, and reassuring presence for every guest throughout their spa journey. Maintain detailed knowledge of all treatments, products, and seasonal promotions. Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation in all treatment rooms and spa spaces. Confidently recommend and promote retail products to enhance the guest experience and support overall spa performance. Collaborate with colleagues across the spa and hotel to uphold the highest levels of service and guest care.
