This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the backbone of the office and is confident using systems — especially SAP, which you will use daily. What You’ll Do You will be at the heart of our office, ensuring everything runs efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Provide daily administrative support to managers and teams Welcome visitors and staff, ensuring sign-in and health & safety procedures are followed. Work with managers to identify training needs and coordinate training courses. Use SAP daily to raise purchase orders, track expenditure, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Manage and improve digital and paper filing systems, and securely scan/process confidential information. Arrange workwear, locker keys, key cards and occupational health appointments. Maintain office supplies, equipment and refreshments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Oversee office condition, organising repairs and contractor visits when required. Keep reception areas tidy, professional and compliant with H&S standards. Book meeting rooms and arrange catering for internal and external meetings. Handle all incoming/outgoing post, deliveries and courier collections. What You’ll Bring Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable, but candidates from other sectors will be considered if they can demonstrate strong admin, organisation and communication skills. Experience using SAP (or similar ERP systems) is highly advantageous, and confidence in learning new digital tools is essential. Outstanding organisational skills and a meticulous approach to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). A professional, friendly and discreet manner when dealing with sensitive information.
