Discover Impactful Work: This position operates within the Marketing Operations team. It will lead the content strategy globally for LPG. It has a specific mandate for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) readiness. A day in the Life: Your role involves turning LPG’s technical and scientific information into clear stories aligned with our goals. You will manage organic social to expand these stories’ reach. You will create a scalable production and governance system for high-quality global content. You will measure important factors like discoverability, demand, and return on investment. Content strategy & AEO readiness Lead the global content strategy to ensure AEO readiness for answer engines. Define an intent‑led content architecture and templates. Develop and implement a strategic narrative strategies aligned with personas, buyer journeys, and regional priorities. Lead the organic social strategy to amplify strategic storytelling and support AEO readiness. Cross‑functional alignment & governance Represent LPG within the corporate content strategy team by ensuring the group’s priorities, audience nuances, and scientific/regulatory requirements appear in enterprise content strategy and roadmaps. Develop a customer-centric, storytelling mentality across the global marketing organization. Focus especially on Global and Regional Market Development (GMDs/RMDs). Lead the strategy and development of cross‑group campaigns that span LPG audiences—define the campaign narrative and amplification plan. Measurement & optimization Identify key indicators and dashboards for discoverability, engagement, and return on investment Keys to Success: Experience 8–10+ years in B2B content strategy, including leading division level content programs. Experience building content operating models (governance, workflows, tooling) across regions; life sciences or technical domain exposure preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Expertise in intent‑led content planning, editorial excellence, and narrative development; strong grasp of structured content/metadata and machine‑readable patterns for AEO. Adept at leading collaborators across multiple areas (product/portfolio, legal/compliance, regional marketing, corporate channels) and facilitating change. Analytical and passionate about quality; turns insight into playbooks and scalable improvements.
