Find out more about us at www.benugo.com Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Events Manager to join the Events by Benugo Team. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus Contract: Full Time, Permanent Working pattern: 5 over 7 days, including unsociable hours due to late event finishes. About the Senior Events Manager role: To execute, manage and lead all events across Event By Benugo Sites with the assistance of the Events Manager(s) To manage catering logistics, including event file handling, event briefing sheet and service plans To manage orders of equipment, beverages and staffing To ensure all areas are safe, clean, tidy and secure after an event Building a strong relationship with other onsite events teams, working towards growing our share of events To ensure all enquiries and client feedback are managed professionally and in a timely manner To continuously work towards improving sales and service To support office administrator in administration tasks such as payroll and closing the week procedures, and deputise in their absence Provide appropriate guidance and support to all direct reports Leading and motivating the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training and mentoring Financial and budget management including forecasting, cost control and forward planning About the ideal candidate: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment Strong customer service skills Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire Flexibility to work on events as and when required Passion for food and wine is a plus!
