The Senior Consultant is working with the consulting teams on the delivery of consulting and advisory services and bringing value to our clients within their respective market. In addition to Consulting and delivery leadership, the role requires strong commercial acumen to develop and grow a sustainable pipeline, ensuring alignment with overall business growth targets. Top line and bottom-line targets Contribution to thought leadership in local market and enhancing Konecta Consulting brand through whitepaper and social media publications Key Responsibilities Your role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional consulting services and driving business growth. Leadership: Demonstrate leadership qualities by guiding team members, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Coordinate with the Global Squad to ensure continuous alignment avoiding duplication and reinventing the wheel. Ensure quality, consistency, and client satisfaction in all engagements. Build and foster a high-performance team culture focused on outcomes and client impact. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. Lead discovery and advisory sessions to identify opportunities and recommend solutions. Establish trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders (business and IT). Commercial & Pipeline Development Participate in the development of a sustainable commercial pipeline in the region. Work with Sales/Account Executives to identify and qualify leads. Shape proposals and co-lead the end-to-end sales process (RFPs, workshops, demos, business cases). Achieve revenue targets in collaboration with sales and delivery teams. Change Management & Advisory Excellence: Lead change management initiatives to drive client adoption and value realisation. Leverage the Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) framework to ensure solutions address core client needs. Engage in technical discussions, handle client interactions, and provide expert advice on industry-specific matters to ensure client success. Serve as trusted advisor to the C-suite defining strategy at the intersection of both technology and business Develop operating models and business cases leveraging modern technologies and ways of working Required Skills and Qualifications You must possess a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Experience Level: 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, transformation strategy, operating model, technology and Gen AI advisory services. Experience in client relationship management is highly desirable. Strong client engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a regional context. Commercial awareness and experience in pipeline development and deal shaping. Proficiency in technologies such as CRM systems, AI/Gen AI solutions, CX, data strategy, automation technologies, Cloud and digital transformation initiatives. Fluent in the local language and proficient in English. Deep expertise in 2-3 industries highly desirable Educational Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields.
