MISSION OF THE ROLE We’re looking for a Solution Manager to join our Presales team and play a pivotal role in shaping high-impact proposals that align Konecta’s digital capabilities with the evolving needs of our clients. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and lead solution architect, working closely with Sales, Delivery, and subject matter experts to design tailored solutions that solve real business challenges. You’ll support the end-to-end bid process—from qualifying opportunities and defining scope, to crafting persuasive proposals and managing RFP responses. Your ability to translate complex requirements into clear, compelling narratives will be key in positioning Konecta as a trusted, value-driven partner. You’ll also play a critical role in supporting commercial negotiations, developing pricing strategies that demonstrate ROI and support long-term client relationships. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and technical understanding. RESPONSIBILITIES Create Winning Proposals Own the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle for strategic opportunities—from identifying and scoping complex client needs to orchestrating tailored solutions and delivering persuasive proposals. Drive bid responses that win business by aligning with client goals and industry priorities. Design & Collaborate Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and domain/technical experts to co-create innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. Negotiate & Price Contribute to high-stakes commercial negotiations by building value-led pricing strategies and ROI-driven business cases. Ensure all financial models reflect a balance of client value, operational feasibility, and Konecta’s profitability goals—tailored to sector-specific cost drivers and KPIs. Communicate with Impact Translate complex service models, technical capabilities, and transformation journeys into compelling narratives. Craft clear, persuasive presentations, proposals, and RFP responses that resonate with diverse stakeholders—from procurement teams to C-suite decision-makers. Be the Expert Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner, showcasing Konecta's Digital and AI powered CX transformation capabilities. REQUIREMENTS 7 to 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales, consulting, or solution management capacity for digital or tech-enabled services. Track record of closing large deals (> 10m€ TC) Excellent analytical and consulting skills combined with ability to design innovative value-add Solutions. Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with hands-on experience in pricing and costing. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities. Proven ability to work effectively across diverse regional and cultural teams.
