Role Details Regent's is on a journey to transform its business operations and the underlying processes and systems, rethinking the status quo of how technology can support the efficiency and effectiveness of an organisation. We are seeking Senior Business Analyst and Developers to help support the University's data-driven decision-making capability and our management information and business intelligence strategies. You will work in an agile-oriented manner to optimise existing business processes and information flow, and help design and update the institution's information systems roadmap, encompassing HR, Finance, Work Management, CRM and Student Systems (including SITS). The ideal person will be someone who can showcase their previous involvement in rethinking the status quo to improve business operations, system integrations, and their impact on the student experience. Experience in developing SITS or similar student systems is a requirement. You will be able to draw on your university-based experience to progress technical project deliverables, including a programme of continuous improvement encompassing process diagnostics and design, and to translate requirements between business and technical colleagues.
