Position Summary: The Senior Broker Technician role oversees and manages the day-to-day operations with the Financial and Professional Lines Team. They ensure efficient workflow, implement and improve operational processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services and brokerage operations. Location: London - UK - Fenchurch What will your job entail? Job Responsibilities: Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Assess potential risks and propose strategies to ensure business operations are resilient and compliant. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, reporting requirements, and internal policies. Work within the team to hit KPIs with signed slips, invoicing, tax schedules, etc. Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines. Work Experience and Education: Previous experience within a similar role within a London market broking house is essential. Ideally this will have been within a financial/professional risks team.
