Airmaster is proud to be an Investors in People organisation, investing heavily in training and development for staff and associated contractors. #TeamAirmaster Airmaster is seeking a Senior Service & Maintenance Engineer to join its Maintenance team, working on local and national contracts and operating on a wide range of mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will come from an air conditioning and refrigeration background and be capable of working on everything from split systems to VRF/VRV, CRAC systems, water chillers (Turbocor experience desirable), refrigeration cold rooms, air handling units, and ventilation systems. The role will also include repair and remedial works as well as small works installations. The candidate should expect to work away from home, with overnight stays averaging 5–10 days per month. The successful applicant will be a qualified and experienced commercial air conditioning engineer with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional fault-finding and diagnostic skills. They will take pride in their work and ensure compliance with internal procedures, Health & Safety requirements, and ISO standards. They must be willing to work nationwide as required. Consideration will be given to applicants who possess only some of the required skills, although this may be reflected in the salary offered. Training will be provided where appropriate.
