Overview The company is seeking a skilled CNC Setter/Programmer/Operator to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating Siemens and Fanuc CNC controls. This role is critical in ensuring the precision and quality of manufactured components. The CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator will work closely with the workshop manager, engineers, and production staff to produce high-quality parts that meet required specifications. Key Responsibilities Multi-axis Mastercam and SolidWorks experience is essential. Program, set, and operate CNC machines (including mill-turn and 5/3-axis machining centres) to produce high-quality components. Interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications. Conduct first-off inspections and in-process quality checks. Adjust machine settings to optimise performance and minimise downtime.
