Pay Range £30,000 per annum + £8,000 bonus potential Job Description To support the continuing financial success of Reed Screening, by managing the screening team to achieve contractual SLAs and KPIs and to ensure compliance in respect of all current legislative, regulatory, and contractual requirements. You will work collaboratively with clients and senior management to deliver an outstanding service to support the continued growth of the business, whilst managing and developing a high performing team. Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday + 2 times per month to work an out of hours shift Hybrid working: 1 week working in the office, 1 week working from home on a rotational basis Salary: £30,000 per annum + £8,000 bonus Day-to-day of the role: Leadership: To lead, develop and manage a team, to work professionally and effectively in supporting the Screening Operations To develop, review and issue as appropriate, a set of key performance indicators regarding the performance of the team To keep under review and the team up to date of the changing demands of compliance requirements To keep up to date with external issues that have an impact on compliance standards Process Management: To monitor all systems and constantly review more efficient ways of working Ensure that the function consistently meets the contractual obligations whilst driving excellent customer service To be present at internal/external audits and ensure feedback is quickly acted upon to ensure positive results KPIs: Improved productivity within the Screening department Minimise cost as far as reasonably practicable Income and creation of a revenue stream Achievement of all telephony KPIs as per the contract Client Management: Managing the relationships with our key B2B clients Upselling our services and products Ensuring the best service against SLA's and targets for our clients Who we’re looking for External candidate experience: Management experience is preferred but not essential Relevant experience in team performance management including coaching, development plans, setting KPI metrics Experience of B2B client management Strong Customer Service background If you are interested, please make an application today.
