Role Overview We’re seeking a Pricing Business Analyst to support bid processes through accurate cost and income modelling for MSP and RPO programmes. You’ll ensure pricing strategies are competitive, compliant, and commercially viable. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain pricing models using advanced Excel techniques. Analyse client requirements and forecast costs, margins, and scenarios. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Design, and Operations teams. Monitor market trends and competitor pricing. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Skills & Experience Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation ability. Experience in pricing or commercial analysis, ideally within recruitment or workforce solutions.
