Presentation Specialist – IBK CoRe & Healthcare Teams Position: Desktop Publishing Satellite Operator Salary: £38,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience Location: London EC1A 1HQ Contract: Permanent, full time Shift details: 37.5 hours per week; Mon-Thu 11am-7pm, Fri 9am-5pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break Work model: Fully onsite Williams Lea seeks a Presentation Specialist to join our team! We are seeking a Presentation Specialist / DTP Satellite Operator to join our dedicated CoRe & Healthcare teams. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role supporting high-level stakeholders with accurate, engaging and brand-consistent presentation materials. Purpose of the Role This role supports the production of high-quality presentation materials for the Industrials and Healthcare teams, while also assisting the main presentations department during quieter periods. You will work closely with bankers and internal stakeholders in a professional, proactive, and consultative manner, ensuring all deliverables meet Bank of America’s brand, style, and quality standards. You will take ownership of your workflow, from receiving requests through to completion, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. This includes managing the satellite workflow, coordinating with the Workflow Coordinator, and providing updates as needed. The role requires someone adaptable, detail-driven, and confident in managing deadlines in a high-pressure, corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality presentation materials using both bank templates and non-standard templates as required Deliver amendments, formatting, and document creation to an excellent standard, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines Use advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Cloud tools to deliver engaging, visually polished materials Manage your own workflow, providing clear communication to requestors and notifying the main department during downtime Take full ownership of the quality and timeliness of all assigned work Build a strong understanding of the bank's work processes, priorities, and expectations Provide clear, comprehensive handovers to the main department when required Maintain regular contact with the Shift Manager and attend team briefings Use Symphony accurately for job management and workflow tracking Manage the satellite workflow, coordinating with the main department for support and handovers Share knowledge and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture Maintain exemplary attendance, time management and communication with clients, the front desk, and management Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards Conduct quality checks on work produced and log findings appropriately Represent Williams Lea professionally at all times and maintain excellent client service General Tasks Accurate and timely production of all presentation materials Thorough quality-checking of all work before submission Compliance with department processes, policies and quality standards Prompt reporting of issues or errors to the relevant teams Support with ad hoc tasks as requested by Williams Lea or the client Key Skills & Competencies Advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Ability to design engaging, client-style templates and creative layouts (the CoRe & Healthcare teams require non-standard, more visually creative templates) Strong understanding of formatting, layout, consistency and presentation best practice Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, figure-checking, and proofreading Ability to prioritise work calmly and effectively in a high-pressure environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload independently Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand team preferences and workflow nuances Excellent communication skills across all levels Creative thinker with the ability to produce innovative and attractive slides Professional, client-service-oriented approach Problem-solving ability and sound judgement when working independently Experience working in a corporate, deadline-driven environment Team player with the ability to contribute to a supportive culture Self-motivated, proactive and able to work on own initiative High level of accountability, professionalism and autonomy Personal Attributes Professional, composed and client-focused at all times Strong service mentality and commitment to excellence Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude Open to ongoing learning and continual improvement Determined, resilient and willing to go the extra mile when needed Able to quickly pick up new skills and software relevant to the service Rewards and Benefits We believe in supporting our employees in both their professional and personal lives.
