We’re looking for a dynamic leader to take charge of planning, developing, and delivering high-quality qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Leadership & Management. This is a pivotal role where you’ll drive innovation, ensure exceptional teaching and assessment standards, and empower learners to reach their full potential. What You’ll Do Deliver flexible, learner-focused HR, L&D, and Leadership & Management qualifications to the highest standards. Ensure quality targets are met through efficient curriculum delivery and robust assessment practices. Lead digitisation projects, enhance our Virtual Learning Environment. Use data-driven insights to monitor programme effectiveness, learner progression, and compliance. Provide supportive leadership to Programme Managers and collaborate with apprenticeship teams. Report on programme outcomes, achievement rates, and resource needs to the Senior Leadership Team. Work with learner support teams to create a market-leading engagement approach. Ensure compliance with CIPD frameworks and relevant apprenticeship standards. What We’re Looking For Essential: Previous experience managing CIPD programmes. Desirable: Working knowledge of Moodle. Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Results-driven, motivated, and passionate about inspiring learners.
