The Role The purpose of this role is to drive brand-aligned resource management across the Media Service Line, ensuring that supply and demand are effectively balanced to support client and functional teams. The role is accountable for supporting strategies that meet resourcing needs while upholding brand standards and delivery excellence. It involves close collaboration with growth, HR, finance, operations, and talent acquisition to ensure timely staffing and consistent, high-quality client outcomes. This role reports to the Head of Resource Management UK. Key Responsibilities Advises leadership and line personnel on workforce planning and resource management processes, and principles (current and upcoming changes). Works to drive consistency with the right degree of flexibility for different business models and workforces. Point of contact for conflict resolution as it relates to resource needs, placements, allocations and shifts. Proactively reviews opportunity pipeline to create and understand the picture of upcoming demand Collaborates in setting and driving the change journey across all stakeholders. Implementation of the resource management tool – Workfront, workforce planning tool and integrated business process with Sales, Finance, HR and operations. Monitors utilisation to target performance, investigates outliers and recommend plan for remediation Leads resource meetings to understand impacts to resource needs (new projects, timeline movement, etc.) and facilitates risk/issue mitigations Requirements Strong experience in Resource /Talent Management or Business Transformation or Operations Management and/or excellence Experience of the Adobe Workfront tool Excellent knowledge of HR core concepts and best practices Experience with financial concepts, practices, and administration Contract management skills Business and commercial acumen, a proven track record of contributing in the business leadership team.
