Renewals Operations Manager At Intapp, the Renewal Operations Manager plays a key role in sustaining and growing our recurring revenue base by overseeing the customer commercial renewal process. Renewals is an integral step to enabling Intapp’s best in class 120% NRR. You will lead processes to support the end-to-end renewals lifecycle in a fast-growing vertical SaaS environment and work cross-functionally with teams across Strategy, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to optimize outcomes, improve retention, and support predictable revenue growth. What You will Do: · Manage the renewal pipeline: Oversee the complete renewals lifecycle, including forecasting, pipeline management, and manage overall inventory of renewals. · Analyze data and forecast outcomes: Evaluate customer data to identify risks, opportunities, and trends, and use insights to improve retention and forecast accuracy. · Facilitate restructuring and negotiation of renewals: Lead internal and client-facing communications to structure deals that align with company goals and policies. · Analyze and drive resolution of Complex Client Account Issues: review and work cross functionally to resolve a variety of complex client account issues. · Drive process improvements: Design and implement scalable, data-informed processes that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen customer relationships, while supporting processes to run the operation. · Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, and IT to ensure a smooth, aligned renewal process that meets customer and business needs. What you will need: · 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or strategy roles within SaaS or subscription-based environments. · Proven success managing contract renewals, reviews, and negotiations. · Proficient in end to end lead to cash technology stack across CRM, CPQ (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), CLM, Billing & Invoices, analytics tools, including Excel and Tableau. · Ability to effectively engage with enterprise sellers and sales leaders. · Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. · Excellent communication and presentation abilities; skilled at translating data for diverse audiences and ability to influence and lead collaboratively. · Highly focused, with an ability to multi-task in a fast-past environment. · Ability to quickly assess issues and work cross-functionally to resolve.
