Senior External Reporting Analyst Due to a recent expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated External Reporting Analyst in our Belfast office. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our external financial reporting. You’ll play a key role in preparing quarterly and annual filings, supporting investor relations, and driving process improvements across our reporting cycles. This role will be hybrid 2-3 days per week. What you will do: · Prepare financial statements, including footnote disclosures · Roll forward reporting documents and prepare PBC lists for internal teams · Maintain and complete GAAP disclosure checklists to ensure compliance with reporting standards · Conduct and present flux analysis to management and external auditors · Support investor relations with tie-outs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports · Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting processes and support quarter-end close activities · Take proactive actions to improve the accounting process and keep management informed of any possible / probable accounting implications · Maintaining up-to-date procedure documents · Support automation and process improvement projects What you will need: · Chartered Accountant with 3 - 4 years of post-qualification experience · Experience under controllership function with financial reporting under US GAAP or IGAAP, IFRS, FRS102 is helpful · Prior experience of working with Big4 firms would be preferred · Great attention to detail · Ability to work well as part of a team or independently as required · Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task · Possess strong analytical skills (MS Excel), problem-solving, critical thinking and prioritization skills · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal · Experience with Word, Excel, NetSuite, or other ERP is an advantage What you’ll gain at Intapp: At Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
