We’re looking for someone who pairs strong sourcing instincts with the ability to develop trusted partnerships in the field—optimizing processes, identifying talent early, and delivering fast, high-quality hiring outcomes at scale. This role will build hiring strategies that support boutique performance while strengthening the francesca’s brand as an employer of choice. This position will be regionally located where we have a high boutique concentration to stay closely connected with hiring needs, market trends, and potential compliance nuances—helping to visit stores, observe talent environments, and stay in tune with regional staffing priorities. West Coast: LA area preferred East Coast: New England region preferred What You’ll Own: Full-Cycle Recruiting & Process Excellence Own the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for field roles, from posting and screening to offers and onboarding support. Create sourcing strategies tailored to regional needs and volume demands. Conduct phone interviews and assessments, guiding hiring partners through consistent selection and hiring decisions. Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline Utilize Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social channels, and community outreach to continuously build and nurture pipelines of retail talent. Implement creative and proactive sourcing methods that evolve with business goals, seasonal hiring peaks, and store openings. Maintain brand visibility across digital sourcing channels and local market networks. Tools, Training & Field Enablement Train store hiring leaders on recruiting tools, processes, and candidate experience best practices through scheduled calls, tool coaching, and case management support. Ensure accurate process documentation, I-9 administration, background check completion, and compliance with employment regulations. Maintain strong attention to detail and operational consistency. Data, Insights & Communication Track and report recruiting metrics, turnover trends, and applicant flow to help inform hiring priorities and business decisions. Deliver timely communications and weekly updates to field leadership on openings, candidate pipelines, and offer progress. What You Bring: 3+ years of recruiting experience in retail, hospitality, customer-facing, or high-volume environments. Experience using Workday and digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, scheduling platforms, etc.). Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance requirements, including I-9 verification and equal employment regulations. Ability to build authentic relationships with store leaders and hiring managers, paired with strong communication and influence skills. Organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple requisitions and regional demand. Flexibility to support various recruiting assignments and special projects as business needs evolve. Comfortable adapting to business priorities and troubleshooting barriers in the recruiting process.
