We’re looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to help accelerate growth across the London and South East region by promoting a market-leading portfolio of solutions through indirect routes to market. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying, developing and securing new opportunities. You’ll create strong, strategic sales pipelines, develop detailed account plans, and successfully land new business before transitioning accounts to a National Account Manager for long-term management. What you’ll be doing: Proactively generate new leads through your own network, industry events, trade fairs and client meetings Identify, target and win qualified opportunities with new regional customers Build and manage robust new business funnels for key customers and market segments, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce Develop detailed account plans and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and internal sales leadership Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations Implement sector-specific sales initiatives to support growth and conversion Utilise remote sales and service tools to drive efficiency and encourage best practice across service teams Act as a brand ambassador, confidently communicating the value and benefits of the full product and service offering What we’re looking for: Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or managing large corporate accounts (essential) Previous experience within a solutions-led or portfolio-based sales environment (essential) Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems (essential) Full UK driving licence (essential) Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills A resilient, adaptable and highly motivated approach, with a strong ambition to succeed Why join us?
