We specialize in placing high-quality talent into high-growth roles — from deeptech engineers to GTM hires — across Asia and Europe. Our founder-led team brings deep industry context, fast execution, and access to hard-to-reach candidates. We are seeking a BD / Sales Manager who can grow our sales pipeline by identifying and closing new clients — including AI startups, tech founders, and frontier sector companies. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and a key partner in building sustainable hiring relationships. In this role, you will: Source and qualify potential clients in Web3, AI, robotics, deeptech, or other emerging tech industries. Identify hiring triggers and recruitment pain points Pitch Hyphen Connect’s services and close partnership terms Collaborate with the founder to understand delivery capacity and role priorities Maintain CRM and deal pipeline visibility Contribute to founder/partner BD strategy sessions (monthly) You might thrive in this role if you have: 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, talent partnerships, or agency BD Comfortable working with technical founders and understanding hiring needs Good grasp of AI, Web3, or emerging tech verticals and hiring trends Strong communication skills — able to pitch, negotiate, and follow-up professionally Bonus: Experience working with VC-backed startups, agencies, or accelerators
