In this role, you will be responsible for shaping data-driven strategies, building scalable BI frameworks, and delivering actionable insights to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain or fintech, experience leading BI/analytics teams, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. Job Description Develop, implement, and refine localized business strategies for target countries or regions to achieve overall company goals Build and manage BI frameworks that measure market performance, revenue, and ROI Lead the design, execution, and optimization of data models, dashboards, and reporting systems Collaborate closely with marketing, BD, and product teams to identify opportunities and guide decision-making through data Ensure data quality, governance, and scalability of BI solutions across global operations Mentor and manage a high-performing BI/analytics team, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives Requirements 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or strategy roles with team management experience Strong background in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets (exchange background highly preferred) Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and SQL/Python Experience driving growth, product performance, or marketing ROI through data insights Bilingual proficiency in Chinese/English is a plus
