Deliver tailored treatments and interventions within your field of therapy to enhance the mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being of clients. Work collaboratively with families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team (MDT). Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to referrals and conduct assessments to design effective therapy programmes. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring interventions align with client needs and therapy plans. Manage a caseload within agreed timescales, maintaining regular communication with clients and clinical teams. Keep accurate, up-to-date records including case notes, reports, and digital systems; share relevant information during MDT meetings. Provide psychotherapeutic advice and guidance to colleagues, and contribute to research and audit through data analysis. Implement evidence-based methods and continuously evaluate and improve therapy techniques.
