This will be a full-time, fixed-term position for an initial period of up to 6 months.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the capture of diverse data requirements across various Programme TeamsEngage and involve key stakeholder groupsRefine data migration project plans and breakdown into tasksAllocate tasks and track progress against the data migration plan, ensuring the project sticks to schedule while maintaining an appropriate scope of workOrganise and chair meetings and workshopsDevelop a clear communication plan and corresponding materialsMaintaining a query log and disseminate answersIdentify, log and actively manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID), maintaining an up-to-date RAID log and escalating where appropriateOther project management support as requiredQualificationsCandidate Profile Required Criteria:Proven experience managing complex, multifaceted projects, including end-to-end data migration initiatives Strong understanding of SQL principles and relational data structuresDemonstrated ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders at all organisational levelsClear evidence of advanced problem solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges and deliver practical, effective solutionsSolid understanding of database design principles and the technical activities required to plan and execute data migrationsDemonstrable hands on experience using Jira for project tracking and delivery managementExperience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, including hybrid environmentsDesired CriteriaStrong understanding of grant management systems, including the processes and workflows involved in administering grantsExperience or knowledge of systems used for the management of grants across the full grant lifecycleDemonstrated understanding of complex data migration projects, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activitiesExperience using data analysis and visualisation tools such as Tableau and AlteryxOther Skills and Abilities:Strong interpersonal skillsEffective at working with staff at all levelsExcellent planning and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detailWell developed written and presentation skillsAdditional InformationCompensation, Benefits & Working Arrangements: Salary: £40,300 to £42,600 (more for an exceptional candidate) Location: Twickenham, London / Hybrid working model Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract 6 months Working Hours: 37.5 hour per week Annual Leave: 25 days, plus UK public holidaysEmployee Benefits Include: Project completion bonus Enhanced Contributory Pension Scheme Life Insurance Cover Benenden Healthcare Membership Training and Development Opportunities Season Ticket LoanNB: We offer a range of work life balance and family friendly, flexible working arrangements.
