Associate Financial Planners are supported and developed over a 12-month period, gaining the necessary knowledge, skills and commercial acumen for the role. The programme is delivered by a team of experts, using a combination of in person workshops, webinars and digital learning which are designed to increase confidence, capability and competence. Mentors are assigned to our Associates on day one of the programme and there is considerable time built into the programme to practice with colleagues and trainers to help embed the skills learned. Each pathway is structured, yet personal, to ensure we can maximise the full potential and individual characteristics of all Academy members on their unique journeys.
