Job Summary: The Product Manager is tasked with overseeing the design, development, and management of the Private Credit product. This role encompasses activities ranging from product definition and planning to production and go-to-market strategies. The Product Manager plays a crucial role in defining the roadmap for their product(s), essential for achieving targets related to bookings, client NPS, and gross margin within their component. They collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and prospects to identify new product capability requirements aimed at driving organic growth. Close cooperation with development teams ensures the successful creation and introduction of these new capabilities to the market. Additionally, the Product Manager takes on the responsibility of testing and deploying these fresh features with clients, while also promoting future growth to a wider audience of CW clients and prospects. Responsibilities: Owns the Private Credit product in the Clearwater system. Prioritizes and manages the backlog for their product. Defines requirements for feature development. Collaborates with their development team on the design and building of features & ensures the team understands the business value of features. Defines the product roadmap for their product and contributes to the broader company roadmap. Communicates regularly about the roadmap and upon release of functionality. Speaks with clients about their product’s use case and future needs. Measures success of new feature releases. Required Skills: Strong background in the Private Credit / Limited Partner Portfolio Management market. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Education and Experience: Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or a related field. 4+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design and problem solving. Experience in implementing and consuming large-scale web services.
