Job Description: The Payments Product Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and management of Fidelity Bank’s payment products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with strategic objectives. This role involves analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, assisting with product implementation, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless payment solutions. The analyst also ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, monitors risk, and provides reporting and insights to drive product innovation and operational efficiency.
