About the opportunity We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team, focusing on creating a technology platform model that unlocks our Dayforce developer ecosystem to more easily integrate with and extend Dayforce to deliver customer value and partner collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of API best-practices, integration platforms and tools, technology trends, and the ability to build and grow our ecosystem. What you'll get to do Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance adoption of our platform tools and APIs by our Partners and drive mutual growth. Technical Understanding: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement key requirements in our tools and architecture to help our transition to a platform company. Market Research: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends that could impact our strategy and requirements to fully unlock our Dayforce platform. Documentation: Engage and contribute to the creation of thorough documentation and guidelines tailored for partners and developers. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure usage, performance, and partner satisfaction with our platform. Skills and experience we value Proven experience in solution to solution connectors/integrations, and partner enablement Strong understanding of API and integration technologies, protocols, and best practices Experience with various platform technologies, including Enterprise applications and platforms among others, is beneficial Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders Experience working with partners and managing external relationships Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics tools to inform product decisions What would make you really stand out Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies Experience with API management tools and platforms Knowledge of RESTful services and microservices architecture What’s in it for you Dayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
