Now, we’re looking for talented individuals to join our team and make a difference.   About the Role Are you a compassionate and perceptive listener?Are you looking for a position where you can use your investigative thinking skills? International SOS is currently recruiting an Operations Specialist to join its team of Medical, Security and Logistics experts based in London, Chiswick As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize processes, support project execution, and maintain high standards of service delivery. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will drive operational excellence and contribute to the company’s success. Key Responsibilities   -Demonstrate a caring attitude when answering queries with the objective of exceeding expectations -Coordinate cases effectively by booking appointments, authorizing treatments or handling policy claims using professionalism and care-Assess situations, co-ordinate medical care and communicate logistics across the world-Collaborate with a team of doctors, nurses, security and operations experts in a fast-paced environment. About you: In order to be successful as an Operations Specialist you will need: -Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)-Critical thinking and organisational skills to handle a variety of situations-Naturally sympathetic with determination to help people -The ability to take ownership of protecting data and process integrity-Confidence in using Microsoft Office -Experience as a Customer Service Executive in a contact centre or similar environment would be beneficial-Educated to A’ Level or Degree level with an interest in Healthcare, World Politics or International Security is preferred   Benefits - Operations Specialist   -Starting Salary is £29,000 per annum, eligible for overtime allowances and salary increases based on performance-Structured career development track, with opportunities for progression -Shifts are 3 days on, 4 days off weekly -18 days annual leave increasing with service, UK Bank Holidays and the option to buy additional annual leave  -A day’s leave for your birthday-Private health care, dental cover, pension scheme, life insurance, paid volunteering day -Subsidised staff cafeteria and free tea, coffee and fruit-Discount schemes (Cycle2work, season ticket loans, gym discounts) -Access to our Employee Assistance & Employee Support Programme-Access to Chiswick Business Park Enjoy Work events  Start date: 19th Jan 2026 (flexible)By joining International SOS, you will contribute to a global network dedicated to protecting people and organisations.
