International SOS is currently recruiting an Operations Specialist to join its team of Medical, Security and Logistics experts based in London, Chiswick As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize processes, support project execution, and maintain high standards of service delivery. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will drive operational excellence and contribute to the company’s success. Key Responsibilities -Demonstrate a caring attitude when answering queries with the objective of exceeding expectations -Coordinate cases effectively by booking appointments, authorizing treatments or handling policy claims using professionalism and care-Assess situations, co-ordinate medical care and communicate logistics across the world-Collaborate with a team of doctors, nurses, security and operations experts in a fast-paced environment.
