Facility Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Location Fayetteville, North Carolina Department Virtual Observation Job Family Nursing Support Work Shift Summary Responsible for sitting with assigned patients and works with the nurse to assist with patient safety as well as offer stimuli to the patient. Responsible for communicating with every person involved in the patient’s care. Responsible for delivering customer service to the patient, staff and visitors. Utilizes crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed. Major Job Functions The following is a summary of the major essential functions of this job.
