Previous experience with Children's and Adult Mental Health Crisis work is desired. Must be flexible with scheduled hours to meet the needs of the department, unit, patient and family. Work is not standardized and requires a high degree of prioritization skills. Able to prioritize and process multiple tasks/responsibilities. Knowledge of Social Work principles and standard practices. Excellent interpersonal communication to include effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to work with people of all social, economic and cultural backgrounds. Flexible, open-minded and adaptable to change.
