Typical Accountabilities: • Responds to more complex queries on pharmaceutical products from internal and external stakeholders, escalated by junior staff • Collates information packages for junior employees to use when answering calls • May act as a technical owner of one or more drugs with a deep understanding of all relevant information on this product group • Keeps own knowledge of recent developments up to date, and shares important drug and therapy information with junior staff • Identifies opportunities to improve processes within Medical Information and provides practical solutions to brands within area of expertise • Tracks queries and responses through management information reports, and sends relevant findings to brand marketing teams so they can adjust their marketing materials accordingly • Delivers on tasks agreed and presents results effectively Typical People Management Responsibility (direct / indirect reports): • Approximate number of people managed in total (all levels) - 0 What is the global remit?
