Job Summary In this role you will be responsible for the repair and service of a variety of blower and pump systems. A good working knowledge in the usage of metrology equipment and machine drawings is vital to the role. Responsibilities Disassembly, assessment and reassembly for repair of blower vacuum pumps and rotary valves. Making accurate measurement readings, replacing key components and reassembling products from notes made during initial inspection Completing maintenance records and reports accurately both on paper and with a tablet Basic Qualifications Recognised apprentice or vocational training qualification Experience of working with machine tools and/or mechanical assemblies Working knowledge of safety protocols Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Fully site based Key Competencies Excellent coordination and mechanical skills Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety Self-motivation and the ability to be pro-active Solid written and verbal communication skills Basic computer literacy Ability to lift up to 25Kg and perform repetitive tasks What we Offer Company Pension Contribution Westfield Health Medical Cover 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (Option to purchase up to 5 days’ pro rata for part time) Free parking Death in Service Benefit of 4x salary Cycle Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Refer a Friend Scheme Electric Car Scheme (after probation period) 10% of salary in shares after 1 year of employment
