Manufacturing Internship Collecting and analyzing data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality. You will Lead a Project which will improve Manufacturing Performance Assisting with the day-to-day manufacturing operations, which may include monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met. Identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations. Learning and applying principles of lean manufacturing to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity. Preparing reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices. Collaboration & Teamwork Works well with operators, engineers, and management. Builds trust and rapport across different levels. Basic Technical Knowledge Understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma basics). Comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and possibly data visualization software. Project Management Basics Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and track progress. Familiarity with documentation and reporting standards. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related program.
