As part of our Operations team, you will be in charge of planning, prioritising, and optimising production and maintenance activities at our Hostun site, in line with Sibelco’s safety and quality standards, to maximise performance, minimise downtime, and support continuous improvement across the plant. Your Impact in This Role As a Production & Maintenance Planner, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Planning: Plan and prioritise operations to ensure optimal performance and minimal lead times / Schedule workforce, equipment, utilities, and raw materials to meet customer demand while managing stock levels / Support supervisors in planning production and maintenance activities. Maintenance Support: Improve work order execution by adding detailed preparation and ensuring spare parts availability in collaboration with production and maintenance supervisors / Enter work orders and monitor stock levels in maintenance systems. Continuous Development: Provide computerised dashboards by gathering data from various tools, databases, and files / Monitor production via SIBELCO Site Ops and track KPIs such as Yield, ATP, OEP / Deliver accurate data to support performance dialogues and problem-solving. Safety & Compliance: Apply and ensure compliance with Sibelco’s safety regulations at all times. What You Bring to the Table Higher education degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in a technical field, ideally with knowledge of industrial maintenance 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role and/or industry Ability to work within a cross-functional team and communicate effectively across functions Strong interest in continuous improvement within an industrial environment Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, proactive mindset, and strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office, especially creating Pivot Tables French – fluent verbal & written English – advanced verbal & written Knowledge of SAP, Mendix, and Power BI is an asset Why Join Us?
