Why this role matters: At Goodyear's Commercial Fleet Department, we are a leader in providing tailored solutions for truck fleet customers. As a Key Account Manager Fleet Mobility, you’ll play a key role in delivering our commitment to sustainability and efficiency through innovative and customizable offerings, including the cutting-edge Total Mobility modular offer and our newest unique worry-free tire management solution, Tires as a Service. With these solutions, Goodyear is not just a tire provider; we are a strategic partner, empowering fleets to optimize their operations for the future. What You’ll Do: Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans leveraging Goodyear’s Total Mobility offer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large and medium-sized fleets Solution Selling: Align Goodyear’s products and services with customer sustainability and efficiency goals through solution selling Problem-Solving: Address customer issues with innovative, tailored solutions Consulting: Collaborate with fleet clients to identify operational improvements Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and potential clients Orchestrate cross‑functional execution with service, operations, finance, and product teams to meet Service Level Agreements and ensure seamless delivery. What you'll bring: Bachelor’s degree in business economics or equivalent practical experience Proven experience in fleet management, tire sales, telematics, or B2B account management (preferably in automotive) Demonstrated success in strategic account planning and business development Proficiency in [local language] and English, both written and spoken Strong understanding of solution selling and balancing products, services, and solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven Negotiation and stakeholder influence capability Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and strong financial acumen Self-motivated and results-oriented Demonstrated proficiency in Sales process discipline and CRM hygiene Proven ability to champion change and innovation.
