This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our operations, supporting strategic decision-making and driving process improvements across a dynamic investment environment.What you’ll be doing:Producing portfolio MI reporting for senior stakeholders across Investments and RiskManaging and validating data while supporting the development of asset data modelsRunning operational processes to enhance front office decision-makingImplementing new reporting and data workflow technologies to improve efficiencyContributing to the optimisation of our product-led operating modelProviding cross-coverage for critical reporting and operational activitiesEngaging stakeholders and testing changes to ensure positive customer outcomesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processesQualificationsWho we’re looking for:Degree-level education or equivalent experienceStrong background in middle office or investment MI reporting rolesGood understanding of financial services and investment asset classes, especially Fixed Income or Private AssetsAdvanced Excel skills (including macros/VBA) and familiarity with data analytics toolsExperience in process improvement and data automationAbility to analyse large data sets and maintain high accuracy standardsExcellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive approachCreative problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detailWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
