As Insights & Analytics Manager, you’ll partner with brand leaders to uncover actionable insights, guide strategic choices, and ensure every decision drives better outcomes for patients. From forecasting and market research to tracking key performance indicators and bespoke analysis, your expertise will empower teams to deliver impact where it counts most. Job Description Key Responsibilities Recommend strategic brand choices based on actionable customer insights. Validate local and global forecasts in collaboration with Finance and Brand teams. Drive account segmentation and prioritization to optimize resource allocation. Manage data sources and vendors to generate meaningful market and patient insights. Provide analytical support and training for field and brand teams across multiple tools. Deliver monthly updates on market trends and patient numbers to stakeholders. Track key performance indicators and diagnose performance drivers to inform strategic decisions. Lead market research projects and deliver bespoke analyses to support brand growth. Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in insights and analytics roles. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Data, or Business discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven business acumen. Demonstrated ability to apply data-driven insights to commercial decisions. Experience collaborating with diverse commercial stakeholders across functions. Confidence to challenge and influence strategic direction effectively. Proactive communicator with clear, engaging verbal and written skills. Customer-focused mindset aligned with Novartis values and behaviors Languages: English.
