General requirements Minimum 2 years in a similar role within luxury hotels. Strong financial acumen; labour management and cost control. People leader and trainer having prior experience managing diverse teams. Self-starter, with exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills. This position requires the fulfilment of night shift duties based on the operational needs of the business.
