Job Overview
The Crowne Plaza Lansing is obsessed with making each guest stay incredible. Housekeeping Supervisors attend to the hotel’s housekeeping needs while providing instruction support for the housekeeping team. Inspect guest rooms and public areas for compliance with established cleanliness, maintenance, and set-up standards. Ensure rooms are cleaned to maintain Brand Standards and Guest Satisfaction. Provide training to housekeeping associates.

Physical demands:
A high school or equivalent education is required. Minimum of five years of prior facilities management, engineering, or building maintenance experience is required, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings are required.
Upon employment, all associates are required to fully comply with Crowne Plaza Lansing rules and regulations for the safe and effective operations of the Hotel’s facilities. Associates who violate Hotel rules and regulations will be subjects to disciplinary action, up to and including, separation.
