Accepting applications until: 19 December 2025 Job Description Role Overview We’re hiring an experienced and driven Head of Video Sales to lead the sales function and play a key role in the continued commercial success of The Fellas Studios. The role will feed in to how The Fellas commercial offering contributes to Global’s ambitious strategy to become a leading player in social video commercial solutions. This is a senior role focused purely on selling video content, with responsibility for developing and executing a clear commercial strategy to monetise our growing video slate through high-value partnerships, brand relationships, and new revenue opportunities. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in media sales, a deep contact book across media agencies and brands, and the confidence to lead commercial conversations at a senior level. You’ll be expected to build and structure a high-performing sales team, shape go-to-market plans, and drive meaningful revenue growth. This role reports to the COO. Main Duties & Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership Develop the established sales strategy across direct brand deals, media agencies, and partners. Lead and grow the sales and campaign support team, setting clear goals and managing performance. Collaborate with production and post-production to align content and commercial strategy. Design and build a scalable commercial team structure as revenue grows. Bring fresh commercial energy to the leadership team with a clear plan to take video sales to the next level. Sales & Execution Manage and grow a high-value pipeline of B2B clients, including agencies, brands, and media buyers. Pitch and grow our expansive video and social offering across podcasts and platforms. Proactively sell sponsorships, branded content, and integrated campaigns across our video slate. Use your network to bring in repeat and long-term partners. Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, pitch, negotiation, and close. Sell additional sponsorship ops, including live shows, events and bonus content. Reporting & Growth Report on sales performance, revenue forecast, and campaign ROI at a company and show level. Exceed annual and quarterly sales targets. Identify trends, market shifts, and client feedback to inform strategy and offering. Team Building & Culture Lead, mentor and support the sales team with clear development plans and performance coaching. Recruit top talent to scale as demand grows. Foster a high-performance team with a strong sense of collaboration, accountability and creativity. Encourage cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing. Requirements 6+ years of media sales experience, ideally focused on video and branded content. A strong record in closing high-value deals, from media plans to bespoke partnerships. A deep and active contact book, especially across top agencies and brand clients. Experience building or restructuring commercial teams.
