Key Responsibilities: Underwrite the Upstream Energy portfolio, within the boundaries of Personal Authority Limitations Business Production and Broker Liaison Business planning and annual budgeting for the Upstream Energy Account To maintain existing and develop new client relations Work with Energy colleagues at TMNF to develop coherent and consistent strategies Where required, attend Monthly Executive Meetings on behalf of Upstream Energy Authorisation of catastrophe exposure management aggregate reports Production of Upstream Energy treaty reinsurance year end pack Review facultative reinsurance purchasing with Head of Energy and subsequent administration Work with Actuarial team monitoring and developing benchmarking/rating models Management and development of the Upstream Energy underwriting team Work with auditors and actuaries on quarterly reserve projections for Upstream Energy portfolio Skills and Experience Specification: Essential Extensive knowledge of the Upstream Energy Insurance Market Extensive broker and client relationships Skilled in risk assessment and financial analysis Excellent mentoring, relationship building and collaboration skills Excellent negotiation skills Your success is our priority.
